버몬트주 라이센스 신청기간은:

 

an applicant must attain the experience within a period beginning four (4) years prior to completing the examination and ending not more than four (4) years after completing the examination

 

시험을 최종완료일 4년전부터 4년 후까지 입니다. 최종완료일은 시험합격 발표날 보다는 합격한 시험을 치룬 날자라 사료됩니다만,  신청정확한 날자는 보드에 문의해서 공식적인 답변을 받아보시는 것이 좋겠네요.
